Trump reportedly threatens GOP senators with execution - says he'll put their 'head on a pike' (VIDEO)
President Donald Trump is now, reportedly, openly threatening Republican senators if they defy him and refuse to acquit.
According to CBS News, senators were told that their "head will be on a pike" if they cross this president.
Maybe Trump thinks he can make statements like these because he can just say he was referring to their re-election chances and wasn't being literal, but that's not what was said.
This is basic juror intimidation, plain and simple. If this weren't the senate and instead this were a court room, Trump would be adding to his charges.
Trump could be using his cronies to pass on the statements, as well. Regardless, this is what is being reported on and many people are talking about the egregious nature of it all.

In the meantime, as the House impeachment managers finish their final day of opening arguments, Trump is accusing them of "lies, fraud, and deception."
"After having been treated unbelievably unfairly in the House, and then having to endure hour after hour of lies, fraud & deception by Shifty Schiff, Cryin’ Chuck Schumer & their crew, looks like my lawyers will be forced to start on Saturday, which is called Death Valley in T.V."
