Trump is shouting about his own crimes right now and people can't believe it (VIDEO)

President Donald Trump has a new legal strategy: just say it out openly and as loud as possible, and then Democrats won't be able to claim he's hiding anything.

That would normally work if it also didn't include him admitting to any wrongdoing.

Trump is now confusing everybody by shouting out "ELECTION INTERFERENCE!" That's precisely what he's accused of. So, yes, please inform the American public what the purpose of this is.

Earlier on Thursday morning, Trump also said on television that he wants not only Ukraine to dig up dirt on Joe Biden but he's also now wanting China, too. That's a big no-no.

"What, exactly, did you hope [Ukrainian President Volodymyr] Zelensky would do with the Bidens after the phone call? Exactly?" Trump was asked as he was leaving for a trip to Florida to talk about health care.

"Well, I would think that if they were honest about it, they’d start a major investigation into the Bidens," Trump said.

"And by the way, likewise, China should start an investigation into the Bidens, because what happened in China is just about as bad as what happened with Ukraine," he said.

Trump then reiterated his recommendation to Zelensky.

"So I would say that President Zeleneky — if it were me, I would recommend that they start an investigation into the Bidens, because nobody has any doubt that they weren't crooked."

And if his intentions were not yet clear, Trump said a third time that Zelensky should investigate Biden.

"So if I were the president, I would certainly recommend that [an investigation of Biden] of Ukraine," Trump said.

Hillary Clinton saw it on television, too. Here was her response:

"Someone should inform the president that impeachable offenses committed on national television still count."

Giuliani is taking up the same strategy. They're hoping that if they can drum up enough outrage against Joe Biden with their base that they'll forgive them for their crimes. Not only that, but they are trying to pick their next democratic challenger in 2020. If the Senate doesn't decide to convict on an Articles of Impeachment, it could just work, too.
