Trump goes into one of his biggest tantrums yet about people reporting on him

Trump spent Thursday morning going on for hours and hours on Twitter, promoting a prominent racist and ranting and whining about the media, Democrats, and banks.

Trump started his meltdown just after midnight by retweeting racist British columnist Katie Hopkins, who name-checked Trump in a tweet promoting right-wing politicians across the world.

Hopkins has claimed that actor Idris Elba cannot play James Bond because he is black and has repeatedly attacked Meghan Markle, who is of mixed race.

rump went on to promote his White House Summit on social media, where an array of cranks, bigots, and conspiracy theorists are set to appear.

"A big subject today at the White House Social Media Summit will be the tremendous dishonesty, bias, discrimination and suppression practiced by certain companies.

We will not let them get away with it much longer. The Fake News Media will also be there, but for a limited period.....

The Fake News is not as important, or as powerful, as Social Media. They have lost tremendous credibility since that day in November, 2016, that I came down the escalator with the person who was to become your future First Lady. When I ultimately leave office in six......years, or maybe 10 or 14 (just kidding), they will quickly go out of business for lack of credibility, or approval, from the public. That’s why they will all be Endorsing me at some point, one way or the other. Could you imagine having Sleepy Joe Biden, or Alfred E. Newman...

...or a very nervous and skinny version of Pocahontas (1/1024th), as your President, rather than what you have now, so great looking and smart, a true Stable Genius! Sorry to say that even Social Media would be driven out of business along with, and finally, the Fake News Media!" Trump wrote.

Trump and other conservatives have repeatedly claimed without merit that Facebook, Twitter, and other social media networks are biased against the right.

Trump referred to Deutsche Bank, who is under criminal investigation for money laundering, as the "badly written about and maligned Deutsche Bank" and touted the loans they gave him that are currently under investigation.

Even in promoting himself, Trump managed to get basic facts wrong, with the claim that he launched his presidential campaign in "November, 2016." Trump launched his campaign by smearing Mexicans as rapists in June of 2015.

He described himself as a "true Stable Genius" while attacking Democratic candidates Joe Biden and Elizabeth Warren, who are currently outpolling him.

Then he complained about a local controversy about the pledge of allegiance in a Minnesota town, and said that would lead to an electoral victory for him there in 2020. Trump lost to Hillary Clinton in Minnesota in 2016.

He touted unemployment numbers and referred to "Barrack Obama [sic]."

As the tirade entered its 9th hour, Trump also echoed a defense of his child cages from Fox News and complained — again — about upcoming congressional testimony from Robert Mueller.

Trump's instability, volatility and pathetic childishness were on full display for the entire world to see, all before 11 a.m.
