Trump cites San Antonio as a city where walls work. Texas lost the battle of the Alamo, though.

President Donald Trump thinks San Antonio is a good example of a city where a border wall has worked.

Does Trump know that San Antonio is no where near the Mexico border? It would take 2 and a half hours to drive to the border from the city located in central Texas.

"Everybody knows that walls work. You look at different places that they put up a wall, no problem. You look at San Antonio, you look at so many different places. They go from one of the most unsafe places to one of the most safe places immediately."

Not only is San Antonio not on the border but what wall is he referring to there? He might mean the Alamo. That was a pretty long time ago, and Texas lost that 13-day battle to Mexican troops during the Texas Revolution.
