Trump brags he doesn't need an 'exit strategy' in Iran war - one of his advisers simply laughs (VIDEO)
President Donald Trump was asked in the Oval Office previously if he had an exit strategy in case war with Iran breaks out.
He replied: "You're not going to need an exit strategy. I don't need exit strategies."
One of his advisers in the background simply laughed. This is the people President Trump chooses to surround himself with.
Of course, now that comment is incredibly more worrisome.
On Saturday evening, Trump threatened possible war crimes against Iran, saying he is even prepared to wipe out "Iranian culture."
"Let this serve as a WARNING that if Iran strikes any Americans, or American assets, we have targeted 52 Iranian sites (representing the 52 American hostages taken by Iran many years ago), some at a very high level & important to Iran & the Iranian culture, and those targets, and Iran itself, WILL BE HIT VERY FAST AND VERY HARD. The USA wants no more threats!"
On New Years Eve, thousands of additional U.S. troops were notified that they would be deploying to the Middle East - a move that goes against Trump's previous statements of bringing troops home and ending "endless wars."
America didn't have an exit strategy with the Iraq War, and that continued on for decades. We're still there. For Trump to make that comment is incredibly ignorant, let alone have someone in the background close to him laughing about it.
Here's the latest: Iran just issued a terrifying new warning to the US and raised a red flag over the Holy Dome Jamkarān Mosque as a symbol of a severe battle to come.
Global leaders have begun assessing the magnitude of the real possibility that War World 3 could happen, and soon. It doesn't look like Iran or Trump are willing to step down at this point.
Trump still maintains that his attack against Iran's top military chief General Qassem Soleimani was an action to "stop a war. We did not take action to start a war."
