Mayor of Dayton, OH: Trump may end up visiting wrong city like a dummy (VIDEO)

President Donald Trump gave a more formal speech from the White House on Monday, denouncing the mass shooting attacks in El Paso, TX and Dayton, Ohio.

Well, almost. He also made a pretty big flub, too. He accidentally said the city of Toledo was attacked instead of Dayton. Trump was reading off a teleprompter, which means the entire White House screwed this up. How is this possible? Was some intern copying and pasting Trump's speech?

"May God bless the memory of those who perished in Toledo, may God protect them. May God protect all of those from Texas to Ohio."

This prompted the Mayor of Dayton, Nan Whaley to take a dig at him when asked about it by a reporter, alluding that she wasn't too excited to get a visit by the president.

"He didn't tell me when (he was visiting), he said sometime this week. I've heard Wednesday but I've not gotten a call. And, you know, he might be going to Toledo, I don't know."

Then, before walking off, she gave a slight smile.

She's not the only one cracking jokes about the mess up. Dozens of people dying at the hands of two gunmen in two different cities on the same night in America isn't funny by any means, but America is outraged right now and this is just how they are dealing with all that anger.

Congressmen, senators, media personnel, pretty much everyone, are reminding the president it's Dayton, not Toledo.

What's more important right now is not a mere visit, but what kind of legislation Trump signs into law after a possible bipartisan compromise in Washington. That's what is really going to stop this mess. Trump claims he's open to some type of solution, but we will see.
