Ocasio-Cortez finally responds to Trump Jr.'s disgusting attack on her

On Thursday night we wrote about Donald Trump Jr. posting a meme to Instagram suggesting newly-elected Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and socialists like her "eat dogs."

She likely didn't get the memo until this morning. But, she has finally responded.

Instead of pointing out how offensive the post by Trump Jr. was, she reserved her remarks to a likely much more sensitive topic for Trump Jr., Mueller and her new "subpoena power."

If you didn't catch that Instagram post by Trump Jr. where he said socialists like Ocasio-Cortez eat dogs, here it is.

He was so proud of the meme, he wrote afterwards: "It's funny cause it's true!!!"

Funny business aside - there is a lot of truth to her statement. The current gossip in the winds right now on Capitol Hill is that Mueller's final report will end up indicting the Trump son. Even Fox News Napolitano thinks Trump Jr. will be indicted. He based that on Trump Jr.'s own comments.

“I don’t know who, but I do know that Donald Jr. has told friends he expects to be indicted," Napolitano told Abrams, who also serves as chief legal analyst for ABC News.

“Do you expect he’d be indicted?” Abrams prompted.

“Yes,” the former judge responded.

While none of this has been confirmed, Mueller did report in a late night Tuesday filing that there is still a criminal probe, and that it is so substantial that former Trump National Security Advisor Michael Flynn should not deserve jail time for his assistance to the federal government. That likely means Mueller has a bigger fish to fry.

Given all of this, maybe Trump Jr. should stop posting disgusting memes on Instagram with freshman congresswomen. He's not even winning the fight with her.
