Kevin McCarthy is currently on the House floor yelling the word "decorum"(VIDEO)

House Minority Leader Rep. Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) is really angry. He's currently on the House floor yelling the word "decorum," along with a lot of other garbage.

He is directing his "decorum" comment to Democrats who called out President Trump for being a racist yesterday during an official vote orchestrated by Speaker Nancy Pelosi.

The resolution passed mostly along party lines, with 235 Democrats, and only four Republicans, agreeing that Trump's comments were racist.

“Yesterday, we did a resolution attacking the president, but we couldn’t even get to that because, Madame Speaker, we couldn’t even have decorum in this body!” he said. “We set a record that we’ve never seen before based upon a Speaker’s actions! The very first page in Thomas Jefferson’s manual talks about decorum, but not only did this body try to change the rules after the fact, they don’t think everybody’s equal, Madame Speaker, because if your words get taken down, you don’t have a right to speak that day but, no, we should change that!”

McCarthy says Democrats are the problem and not Republicans, though.

The four Republicans who voted for the resolution "which strongly condemns President Trump for his comments  that have legitimized and increased fear and hatred of new Americans and people of color," were Will Hurd of Texas, Fred Upton of Michigan, Susan Brooks of Indiana and Brian Fitzpatrick of Pennsylvania.

"There is no room in America for racism, sexism, antisemitism, xenophobia and hate. I voted to condemn the President's tweets today but I hope that Speaker Pelosi also considers holding members of her own party accountable to the same degree to which she holds the President," Hurd tweeted.
