Hillary Clinton fires back at Trump telling her to enter 2020 race: 'Don't tempt me. Do your job.'

This morning President Donald Trump was fixated on the idea of Hillary Clinton jumping in the 2020 presidential race to run against him, that is, if she could get the Democratic nomination.

"I think that Crooked Hillary Clinton should enter the race to try and steal it away from Uber Left Elizabeth Warren. Only one condition. The Crooked one must explain all of her high crimes and misdemeanors including how & why she deleted 33,000 Emails AFTER getting “C” Subpoena!"

When she heard about this, she simply replied: "Don't tempt me. Do your job."

We think that was the appropriate response. At least she didn't let that rant go unanswered.

There has been rampant speculation that Hillary would try and throw her hat into the ring again, which is which Trump is probably talking about it, but nothing has been confirmed. It's hard to imagine, really. She's already made two go's at it but some of her loyal fans still think she'd be a shoe in this time around.

Still - some big names are saying she's readying for a run including one of her longtime advisers. It was reported earlier in the year that her inner orbit has confirmed that she hasn't entirely ruled it out:

"Clinton is telling people that she's not closing the doors to the idea of running in 2020," CNN's Jeff Zeleny said. "I'm told by three people that as recently as this week, she was telling people that look, given all this news from the indictments, particularly the Roger Stone indictment, she talked to several people, saying 'look, I'm not closing the doors to this.'"

Hillary has been in the press a lot more recently since this reporting, but she has also been promoting her new book alongside daughter Chelsea Clinton called ‘The Book of Gutsy Women.’ She admitted in an interview when asked that probably one of the gutsiest things she's ever done personally was stay in her marriage with Bill Clinton after he cheated on her.

Her responding to Trump like this is just going to add more fuel to the fire of Clinton possibly stealing the nomination from either Elizabeth Warren or Joe Biden. It's a hard concept to imagine for Democrats but Republicans are salivating at the idea. They love talking about her.

If she doesn't run, she's still unafraid to speak out against Trump, and that's good for the country no matter who wins the Democratic ticket.

A few days ago she said "Trump knows he's an illegitimate president." She got a big round of applause for doing so.
