Giuliani's associate implicates President Trump, VP Pence, and AG Barr in damning testimony (VIDEO)

Lev Parnas just gave an exclusive on-air interview with Rachel Maddow on Wednesday night, and it was nothing short of explosive.

The timing for all of this is just before President Donald Trump's impeachment trial in the Senate and the debate is currently raging whether or not new witnesses will allowed to be called.

Parnas claims "Trump knew exactly what was going on. He was aware of all my movements. I wouldn't do anything without the consent of Rudy Giuliani and the President. I was on the ground doing their work."

Parnas was raided by the FBI months ago after meeting with Giuliani and trying to flee the country once his name was brought up about testifying in Congress. He has a lot to say.

He also implicated Vice President Mike Pence and Attorney General William Barr. Parnas claims that Pence was specifically tasked with getting Ukraine's president to announce the investigation into the Bidens.

"I'm going to use a famous quote from [Ambassador Gordon] Sondland. Everybody was in the loop" he told Maddow.

Parnas: Attorney General Barr was basically "on the team."

Trump claimed previously that he didn't know anything about Parnas or other Giuliani associates.

Parnas is saying specifically that "he lied."

"We're not friends but he knew exactly who we were. He knew who I was especially because I interacted with him at a lot of events. I would have a lot of one on one conversations with him at gatherings or round tables where there'd only be six people. We've had several of those. And, basically, I was with Rudy more than four or five days out of the week. I was with Rudy when he was with the president. So, it's just ludicrous."

Parnas said Giuliani and Trump would even talk about their crimes while being on speakerphone in front of him. So much for attorney-client privilege.

Parnas says that Pence was scheduled to go to Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelenskiy's inauguration.

"It was already planned out, it was already discussed," Parnas said. But Parnas told official Ukrainian official Sergey Schafer that if the investigation were not announced, then the relationship between Ukraine and the U.S. would become "sour."

"Pence would not show up, nobody would show up to his inauguration," Parnas said. "It was particularly Vice President Mike Pence."

Pence's visit to the inauguration was canceled just one day after Parnas met with Schafer.

"It was after my phone call. The conversation that I laid out to Mr. Schafer was basically what I was told to do by Giuliani and the president and then afterwards I got back to them saying he was going to get back to me later tonight," Parnas said.

Schafer blocked Parnas from the WhatApp on his phone.

"I remember Rudy going, 'Okay. They'll see.' To my awareness, Trump called to say 'make sure Pence doesn't go [to the inauguration].'"

How can the United States Senate not call Lew Parnas as a witness after this testimony?
